HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY PLAN
As
men and women reach middle age, their hormone levels will begin
to decrease leading to hormonal imbalances. SLI tests client's initial
hormone levels using a unique saliva screening test and repeats
serum levels once on therapy to reach desired endpoints. We
firmly believe Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy offers
the best form of replacement for our patients based on current medical
literature. These hormones are bio-identical to those already
in your body. Natural Hormones are pharmaceutical grade &
prepared from natural precursors found in soybeans and yams.
Synthetic chemicals manufactured by pharmaceutical companies and
foreign hormones collected from animals are often accompanied by

PREMIUM PLAN
(Most Popular Plan)
The
Premium Plan is designed for those individuals looking for extensive
evaluations and comprehensive diagnostic testing. Under this
plan, we test the patient's Metabolic Profile, Lipids, Thyroid Function,
Growth Hormone levels (IGF-1), selected cancer markers, and hormone
levels. Patients will also undergo body fat analysis and have
a nutrition consultation with the staff nutritionist. This
is the most popular plan at the SLI. This plan is the most
popular for Executive Enhancement Programs and
our Athletic
Enhancement Programs.
ULTIMATE
PLAN
The ultimate plan includes diagnostic testing found in the Premium
Plan with the addition of a Cardiac Risk Profile, Heavy Metal Screening
Analysis and a-la-cart testing such as EBCT coronary artery scan,
chest and abdomen/pelvis ultra-fast CT, DEXA bone density studies,
EBCT Virtual or traditional Colonoscopy, and ETTs. Learn about
your current baseline health status and how to become healthier
and prevent chronic disease and age related illness. Depending
on the clients needs, off site testing may be recommended and including:
Coronary Calcium measurements by EBCT, Virtual Colonoscopy, Colonoscopy,
Bone Densitometry, selected genetic screenings and markers, and
Exercise Tolerance Test w/ VO2Max. The Ford
Plantation Plan is similar to the Ultimate Plan and
includes additional services and benefits.

COCKTAIL IV INFUSIONS
Offered at the
SLI is a proprietary formulation of high dose vitamins and minerals
rapidly infused via IV. This "complementary" form of nutritional
medicine has been indicated for a wide variety of acute and chronic

ACUPUNCTURE
Combining Acupuncture with other modalities of Traditional Chinese
Medicine, Jane Gregorie, Lic. Ac., creates treatment plans to address
each individual's needs; to treat not only the symptom, but the
root of the illness, and thus restore the balance upon which holistic
medicine is based. Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities include:
Moxibustion, Tuina, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Nutrition Counseling,

SKIN
CARE SERVICES
Basic Facial (1
hour) - Traditional relaxing and cleansing
treatment utilizing steam treatments, masks, and facial massage.
Extractions as needed.
Deluxe Facial
(1.5 hours) - More comprehensive treatment,
while focusing on facial cleansing and adding more relaxation modalities
including hand and foot treatments.
MASSAGE THERAPY
Several
of our massage therapist are available for relaxation massage, therapeutic
deep tissue massage and sports massages. All of our therapist
are nationally certified and insured. Session are 30 minutes, 60
minutes and 90 minutes. Advanced appointment is recommended. Many
insurance companies reimburse for massage therapy for certain medical
conditions with medical doctor's prescription. SLI makes it easy

Laboratory Interpretation
fee: Labs and studies no older than 3 months (90 days) will
be accepted for interpretation with a fee of $100.00. All
prices subject to change. There is a no-show/ cancellation
policy in effect with fees no less than $50.00
