Saleeby Longevity Institute Taken from the Latin words Vita and Sanus, the Institute's logo stands for Healthy Life. The graphic depicts the "fountain of youth and knowledge." Our mission statement at the Saleeby Longevity Institute is to provide clients access to comprehensive, individualized integrative medicine with an emphasis on prevention. Our protocols are supported by evidence (based on current and cutting edge medical literature and on our center’s scientific research). The Institute is a forum for wellness and education. The clinic has both traditional allopathic medical practitioners as well as complementary or alternative practitioners (acupuncture, traditional Chinese herbal medicine, massage therapy). There is access to several leading peer-review medical journals, reference textbooks and online access to medical web sites (thus far limited to medical professionals). Understanding, through patient education, of the principles of human physiology and the body's interaction with its environment will allow clients to make informed decisions for lifestyle changes that will send them into this millennium healthier and with enhanced quality of life. health and wellness, cognition, athleticism, disease prevention,
